TravelStay would like to thank all of its customers that use the TravelStay website knowing that they are getting the BEST possible deal on their accommodation.  But wait!  Think you've found where you could have made the same booking for less?

 

The TravelStay Price Promise guarantees that TravelStay will have the best price for an accommodation.  We're so confident that we have the best rates that, if we can't match the price, we'll refund you DOUBLE the difference if you find the same room for less!  Wondering what the requirements are?  Let me tell you!

 

Provide documentation that you could have booked the same accommodation online for the same dates for a lower price.  What does this mean?  The rate you have found must be a match for each of the following:

1. Accommodation
2. Dates
3. Type of room
4. Type of board

Additionally, the price cannot be a Restrictive Discounted Price (such as a refundable versus non-refundable offer) or be lowered due to one-off promotions.  Restrictions may also include (but are not limited to) restrictions on length of stay, terms of cancellation, the use of promotional codes or terms of booking.
