I can't find my booking confirmation email. What should I do?
Finding your confirmation email: Checking Junk and Spam folders
Please check all folders within your e-mail account, including any spam, junk or bulk e-mail folders.
Hotmail and AOL users please note: the security settings can occasionally prevent the confirmation e-mail from reaching you. If possible, please use an alternative e-mail address.
Retrieving your booking confirmation: My Bookings Area
If you cannot find your confirmation e-mail in any of the folders, please click here to login to your 'my bookings' area.
Sign in with your booking reference number and email address and click 'View my booking confirmation' or 'Print my booking confirmation'
