What do I need to have with me when I check in at the hotel?

TravelStay wants you to enjoy your time, not just in London or Edinburgh, but also at the accommodation you selected.  We would love for you both arrive with a smile and a sense of adventure, then leave with an even bigger smile and a desire to come back soon.  But, there are a few things that we do request that you take with you for your stay.

 

  1. When you make your booking with TravelStay, we send you a Booking Confirmation.  We request that you print a copy of this booking confirmation and present it upon arrival.
  2. TravelStay always recommends that you take photo identification with you to the accommodation.  Not all accommodations require this, but it never hurts to be prepared!
  3. Certain accommodations do require that you provide the credit card used during the booking process.  If the booking was made on behalf of another person, please contact the hotel directly to determine further requirements.
